A client in retail industry needed to integrate data from diverse sources, including business data and architectural drawings, to create reliable Power BI dashboards. The goal was to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and cleanliness to avoid discrepancies and improve insights for decision-making.

We assessed the client’s data landscape, working with multiple formats and sources. A thorough evaluation identified the key metrics required for actionable insights. Ensuring clean, accurate, and consistent data was critical to meet quality standards and maximize dashboard effectiveness.

Workshops were conducted with stakeholders to gather requirements and define essential KPIs. These sessions informed the design of a custom Power BI dashboard that seamlessly integrated architectural drawings with business performance metrics. This innovative approach combined technical and operational data for a holistic view.

The solution empowered the project team to present a comprehensive tool that addressed client concerns about business performance and architectural design. By integrating and visualizing data across domains, the dashboard improved cross-functional visibility, revealed new insights, and supported data-driven decision-making, ultimately enhancing project outcomes and strategic planning.
